Machine wash at 30 degrees or lower, Do not tumble dry, Iron on normal or cotton setting.

Our shirt is a boyfriend relaxed fit, so we recommend using chest measurements to figure out your size.

I am a UK 8/10 and wear a size small, which is oversized on me! (:
